Casually closed during opening hours. Very unprofessional. Came in at 10:25 AM on a Sunday morning to pick up meds and the doors were still closed. Clinic next door said yea they are usually late and come in at 10:50am.
Excellent small scale pharmacy with customer service that is vastly superior to the big box pharmacies. Personalised advice and care. And super fast as well.

Salman is fantastic. Takes time to listen, guide you through things, and is just a generally lovely person. I don't know how, but Salman knows my name even if I just stop by for something other than my perscriptions. IMO, this is a very community-oriented pharmacy team. I just wish they'd get an app! :)
We've recently moved to the area, and were lucky to stumble on Birchcliff Pharmacy. The staff here are very professional and knowledgeable. They also offer a much wider range in OTC products than I was used to in our last pharmacy, which makes it much more convenient as well.
