Have been coming here for 5 years and have been taken care of by head pharmacist Dr. Rosette. Always on time with preparing my medication and informative with details. Thanks Rosette!!
Website is not updated with right information. It says closed at 6pm.and can walk in with out any appointment. But it's not the case unfortunately. They simply don't care. Better to stay away for any negative experience.
I have tried my best to work with them. However I have been given the run around twice now. Originally I would be told I could get my daughter’s prescription same day, by the end of the day. If not it could be delivered the next morning. When morning would come I would only then be informed I would not be able to get the medication until tomorrow, with no room for me to try to be flexible on my end at that point. I was patient and I waited it out incase maybe I had just given my address details incorrectly or it had been a particularly busy day. But then we needed a refill and the same thing happened. Before I had gone in in person my mother did for me. So this time to make it easier and hopefully quicker I went in myself and brought the script in in person. I was told again that I could either get it same day or I could have it delivered the next morning. I opted for the morning since I had some other things I needed to do and I count not wait from 10:30am to 5pm at the pharmacy. Which is how long minimum I would have to wait. I called near end of day since we did not get the medication by morning and I was corrected again that I had to wait another day, that the driver already had my daughter’s medication but that it would not get to me until the morning. I was hesitant because it needs to be refrigerated but she told me she has put it “on ice” for the night and it would be fine by the next day. I was really uncomfortable trusting that, I don’t think anyone would want to give medication to an infant that would have no guarantee was even refrigerated, let alone in someone’s car over night. My mother (my daughter grandma) called another Procare a bit closer that we will be switching to and wrote a review about our experience, frustrated that our limited time was spent this way. Out of nowhere someone showed up and dropped off her medication when we were told we had no other option then to wait for tomorrow. The bag was soaked through with melted ice, and it would most definitely not have made it to the next day. And we would likely have been put through this again to get new fresh medicine. None the less I got a phone call from a random number, it was Rosette from before who had orchestrated today. She was harsh and raising her voice at me asking that I had got my daughter’s medication, if it was still cold and then she started to yell at me about why I had left that review assuming that I had done so. I was clearly getting overwhelmed so I put the phone on speaker and my mother heard her yelling at me over this and took over for me since I was speechless. I had not left that review, and I have been quite passive and compliant during all of this and now I was being attacked. Mind you this was at 9pm well after closing hours. She yelled at, interrupted, corrected and insisted to my mother that she was not calling about the review. As well as the fact she claimed she was raising her voice because she was outside. I am incredibly upset that she was discussing my daughter’s private medical information outside of the office, outside office hours and that she confronted us over a review, while using the cover that she cared to make sure she got a baby her needed medication. This was incredibly unprofessional and honestly I would have been left in tears if i had heard out her rant. I’m an exhausted new mom and I didn’t do anything to warrant this
Unreliable and possibly issues with safety of medications. **Edit** It is 9:17 pm. We have just received the prescription, the ice pack was nearly melted and would not have lasted the night. Within minutes of receiving the prescription my daughter received a call from Rosette from a private number, the woman she spoke to earlier. I asked my daughter to put the call on speaker, Rosette began the call with "Why did you write that review, I told you I put it on ice?" Her tone was harsh and her voice was loud. She kept talking over my daughter and her overall behaviour felt very combative. I took the phone call as my daughter was feeling very cornered by this medical professional. I told Rosette I had heard the whole call and asked why she was calling at 9 pm and why she was asking about the google review I had written. Rosette lied and said that she wasn't calling about the review. When asked why she was raising her voice to my daughter, she told me she was outside taking the call. This woman called us to complain about the google review, raised her voice to a new mom and discussed my 3 month old granddaughters medical file outside of the office setting. I told her she was a medical professional and needed to get it together. This pharmacy was recommended for compounding by my granddaughters pediatrician. The experience has been awful. The first prescription did not get filled for a few days, it took even longer to get delivered. Each time we were told "It will be done/delivered tomorrow". We would have gone to get it but it was supposed to be "tomorrow". We gave the pharmacy the benefit of the doubt as they didn't have a file for my granddaughter at the time and needed to sort things out. This is now the second time we are having issues. We dropped the prescription off around 10:30 am. We were told it wouldn't be done until the end of day and we could come back between 5-6 pm or get it delivered in the morning the next day. It is now the next day and we waited until 5:45 pm to call. We were told that it had been filled but that the driver has the prescription in his possession and that it was sent out a couple of hours ago and if it hasn't been delivered it would be done in the morning. We asked how it was being kept cold as the prescription needed to be refrigerated and was told "Oh yeah, I put it on ice before I gave it to him". No indication of what kind of ice and how it will be kept overnight. So now a 3 month old baby's prescription is with someone in a vehicle somewhere................maybe on ice? And maybe we will get it tomorrow.
Been there 3 times, first time after seeing doctor one of the ladies sitting on her phone waited 10 mins for her to take my prescription then wait another 20 mins for them to slap a sticker on it. 2nd time coming was fine 3rd time they said I had one refill left so I was waiting to see doctor the pharmacist said she will do a request for me it’s been almost two weeks later I came back for inhaler she said the request hasn’t been filled yet which means she didn’t do it, I’ve had request filled from other places within the day for inhaler. Incompetent staff here go elsewhere.
Horrible service. Annoying customer service receptionist I don’t even know why they hired her, they hire anyone at this point. I wait 2 hours for a 10 second long appointment, I already know what prescription I need and they make me wait 2 hours so they can make some extra money. Unprofessional and a waste of my time
Waited there for 2 hours, they give priority to their old customers who can just walk in. And new people with appointments can just sit there all day like owls.
