Had to come to the 2 times to receive my prescription as I was told inaccurate information on when it would be ready for pick up. Extremely frustrating an bad experience
I would like to thank Maple Health Pharmacy, Dr. Shah and Paul at the front desk for their wonderful service yesterday. I am from the U.S. on a trip, dealing with some health issues. Paul helped me to get registered, get an appointment and be seen by Dr. Shah right away. Dr. Shaw was very knowledgable, very informative, very kind and was able to get me medication for my issue. They were lifesavers!! Words can't express how grateful I am for their kindness and professionalism. Even the ladies at the pharmacy counter along with the pharmacists were very helpful and patient with me. Thank you all for your help!!
I’ve been coming here for a while, and I’m always impressed by how caring and helpful the staff are. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I’m comfortable with my medications. It feels great to have a pharmacy I can rely on.
Very unprofessional people are working there , I fill up the form 4 months back as a family patient and today when I call them to booked a appointment for me they said I have to go as walking not family patient. They never updated my application as a family patient. Worst service and all uneducated people are working in the front desk.
It is a joy to interact with Maple Health Pharmacy’s courteous, professional staff. My 95-years young mother has filled her prescriptions with them for several years. They deliver her prescriptions free of charge. Recently, a Don Mills and Scarborough doctor sent Mommy’s new prescription to them, just before we left his office. It was ready, on both occasions, when I arrived there to pick them up, in under an hour. I unequivocally recommend this pharmacy with no reservations or hesitation.
The phone call was answered by Fensh Patel was yelling while booking an appointment, He also changed his name on the phone he gave a different name starting with S and last name Patel in person he told Fensh. And was trying to threaten me and said you can come to me. Time of calling 1:40 17 April I can make an issue for that but I know management will look after it.
