Absolutely terrible staff and service, very unprofessional. They do not keep proper records and are constantly losing prescriptions. Having to follow up with them for anything is a nightmare. They spent minutes trying to pull up my profile as not only did they have no birthday under my account but they spelled my last name wrong and kept asking if I had been there before. I wish I had never gone there. I do not understand how they are registered and operating under OCP
I am a senior citizen and went to this pharmacy 1st time. I received a wonderful customer service from Zubair. I am not going anywhere else in future. I will recommend this pharmacy to my family and friends.
Front desk receptionist named Alfina does not understand English and makes it impossible to pick up any medication!!! I dont understand how Alfina is still employed!!!!!? Alfina please learn english and get hearing aids....
Don’t use this pharmacy at all close they ship you meds late and tell you it’s ok to be without meds for few days and when you ask to tranifer they don’t there greedy for money customers don’t matter

I have experienced a terrible service at your location by your staffs when I called to ask about my mother’s medication. That’s clearly why I chose not to be a patient there!
Clinicare Discount Pharmacy provides a great, affordable service to their community. Unfortunately, whomever the gentleman was that answered the phone severely lacks customer service etiquette. Admittedly, I made an egregious mistake asking them to transfer my medications from my local pharmacy to theirs after a mix-up with my family doctor sending them my prescription (I had not used their pharmacy for about 4 years.) However the attitude of the gentlemen that I dealt with over the phone needs to be addressed and outlined. After realizing that I had made the egregious mistake and calling back to revert the changes, the gentleman quickly became combative and told me that I should call my local pharmacy to amend the issue and to stop wasting his time. I apologise for the inconvenience that my mistake had caused, but the inflection towards the end my conversation was not professional. Clinicare Discount Pharmacy provides an affordable way to receive your prescriptions, but dont expect a westernized level of customer service.
Don't get your medicines here . If you get your meds here make sure to count it coz it happens to me twice. I think they do it purposely to give a missing tablets to customers that's why I always count my pills when they arrive.the staff are not efficient and very irresponsiblle and the staff are not well educated coz they don't know what they're doing.they always makes mistakes to customer and they do it intentionally to customers for giving pills not the correct count .So I'm not recommending this pharmacy to everybody. That's my experience to them.go to other pharmacy with a good service but not them.
