Undoubtedly the best pharmacy ever! They truly care about their customers/patients and I’m extremely grateful for how well they have helped my elderly mother. Extremely happy with the service at Lapsley IDA! My parents prescriptions have been at this pharmacy for years and they have never had any issues with receiving their medications. They also offer delivery which is a bonus! I would definitely recommend transferring to this pharmacy! all staff are very friendly!
Don't bother going here if you want something from their flyer (sale). This and most IDA owners choose not to follow flyers. They are independently running their stores. What a waste of time as I went to their website and find only this location had flyer but employees said that they dont
I’ve been to many pharmacies to get medication for my family but I’ve never had an experience like the one I had at this one. Aqsa is the girl that helped me out and she was soooo sweet and helpful it made me feel like I was well taken care of. Whoever the owner of the pharmacy is, they know how to hire the right people. Came here for my COVID shot, people was friendly but the pharmacist didnt put the bandage on the shot to cover it. he put the bandage on top of a birthmark. Might be minor but still a critical error.
