I mostly have used the clinic here, they do appointments but it's usually easy to get one within a couple days. Actual appointments are conducted efficiently and with minimal wait times. They were the first place I took my baby before I found a family doctor, and they always treated her well.

Used the medical clinic for the first time this week. There were two other people there waiting at noon but I was called into the exam room exactly on my appointment time. I waited about 15 minutes until the doctor came in. Dr. Chowdhury was delightful and seemed to know what she was talking about. I look forward to seeing her again in the future.
I went here to get a COVID PCR testing on Wednesday Dec. 22nd 2021 at 12pm. Waited 5 days and no results yet. I called to asked what happened to it and they couldn’t even tell me an answer and tried to just say it was “back logged”. They clearly just wasted my time and now I have to go somewhere else to get tested. Don’t go here if you want your results. They don’t know what they are doing. Clearly.
I came here to get some vaccines Related to my course of Early childhood education. I have paid more than $500 for all of my vaccines. So, I had to get a form filled that I have received all the doses of the vaccines. The doctor printed form in a black and white paper which my college did not accept. I printed a coloured form from my home and give it to the doctor if she can fill that. 90% of the form was already filled and I only had to get her signatures. But, she said that And said that “ I don’t have time for all that “ and refused to do it. I didn’t like her attitude. Receptionist was nice. The only thing which I liked about this clinic was , Azim’s service. He is really good with customers and totally understand the value of patients.
A good clinic in our locality. Have been going to them for kids vaccination, flu shot , thyroid check up etc.. very good Doctor, Pharmacist and Receptionist. Appreciate their service even during this Covid phase.
