It was very horrible I ordered my medicine they took 2 weeks and after that they said they cancelled my order and they didn’t informed me and when I visited the pharmacy I asked the reason they said it was too early to order so they cancelled my order I asked them to reorder they said they can’t to do it and they said me to order in other pharmacy it was very rude better not to prefer this pharmacy
This used to be my favorite pharmacy shop. Thing changed since 14 oct 2025. I was bee treated very rudely by a young Asian female with glasses. It dragged me for almost 2 hours to pick up a prescription. During this period , I asked her a few time . She acted like so disrespectful.
I have been a long time shoppers customer and have visited multiple locations but this one was absolutely the worst experience. I had picked up an item from the reduced price section and went to the beauty section to pay for it.. the woman at the counter named Christina mentioned to me that anyone can put this price sticker and accused me indirectly of doing so Her attitude was very rude and she didn’t even check her self to ensure that the item indeed was reduced . I asked for the manager who was nice and did help me out and confirmed the price. I am not saying that the whole place itself is bad but that one lady did impact my whole experience and I left very bothered.
Rude cashier, I believe her name is Samantha C? With blonde hair and glasses. She presented an annoyed tone and started to criticize me; not all disabilities are visible, please don't be so hostile towards your customers.
I visited this pharmacy for the first time last weekend to buy prescribed medication. The brown woman who took my prescription was very indifferent and cold. She'd look very impatient if you didn't hear what she said and she pulled a long face all along. Then the lady who gave you instructions on how to take the medication also wore a poker face and spoke very fast with a cold tone like she were reciting scriptures. All in all, a very bad and unpleasant experience at this shoppers drug mart. I will never buy medication from there again!
Came here for covid and flue shots. Made the appointment through Shoppers beforehand easily. And the staff treats you royally when you arrive. I was out of there in minutes.
Very very awful service. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my first visit to this store. I purchased an over the ear earring and two foundation products from different brands, among other items. At the counter, I was advised by a staff member to buy both foundations; one for coverage and the other to blend it out. While still at the mall, I tried the earring and discovered it did not fit properly over my ear. I asked the same staff member for assistance, but she was unable to help and told me I could not receive a refund because it was “store policy.” This earring is not a standard design; it is an over the ear style that I could not use. Citing unsanitary reasons as a refusal to assist was unnecessary and unhelpful. After I got home and tried the coverage foundation, I noticed it was runny and barely effective. What exactly was it supposed to cover? Apparently, I can’t return this either because it was on sale. At home, I tried the coverage foundation and found it runny and ineffective. When I inquired about a return, I was told I could not return it because it was on sale. Overall, I am very appalled and disappointed with this experience. I expected guidance and support from your staff, but instead, I felt dismissed. I will not be shopping at this location again.
