I came here to use a deal that was offered on the PC optimum using my PC Mastercard credit card. I usually do self-check out but since this purchase was a gift card, I decided to use the cashier to help me activate. The cashier did not ask about PC optimum and said to tap here. I was thinking it was to scan optimum followed by tap to pay. Partly my fault I admit, but most other shopper's I have been to would ask if I had a points card. I was wrong and ended up not getting my bonus points. PS: points inquiry weren't helpful either sadly.
Nobody wants to work anymore at the beauty store. Ive been standing in line to pay for my item and Mikayla who was cashing someone out turned her back and left the counter while I was right there with an item ready to he paid. I HAD TO LITERALLY ASK IF SOMEONE COULD CASH ME OUT AND THEY SAID "OH U WANNA CASH OUT?" huh, wasnt it a checkout counter and I had an item and cash on.my hand? What?
I went to this location yesterday and was assisted with Maria in the beauty section. She was amazing, super friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped us with everything we needed and gave us very good tips and advice here and there. Even though the location is very far to where I live I will definitely come back for the good experience I had there.
I visited this store with my friend on Saturday, October 11th around 6:30 PM. We went to the perfume section, where an older lady with a scar on her neck was assisting customers. When we asked to try a perfume, she told us she didn’t work for that brand and simply walked away, leaving us standing there. We waited for about 5–10 minutes, but no one came to help us. It was extremely disappointing and felt very rude. Such poor customer service — future customers, be prepared before visiting this location.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Shoppers Drug Mart. The older tall white lady working in the fragrance section was extremely rude to me. She completely ignored me, made me wait a long time, and acted like she did not want to help at all. When I asked to try perfumes, she was dismissive and unwilling to give samples. I felt disrespected as a customer. Because of her behavior, I will never return to this location for perfumes
Absolutely terrible experience at Shoppers Drug Mart for my citizenship photo. The photographer was rude, dismissive, and gave me attitude for simply asking questions. She quoted one price and charged another, then completely ignored me when I pointed it out. The photo quality was awful — clearly not taken by a professional. Bad service, bad attitude, and a complete waste of money. I suggest to go with Staples or any other service providers.
I had an amazing experience at Shoppers Drug Mart thanks to Tarik! He was incredibly knowledgeable about every fragrance I asked about and took the time to understand what I was looking for. His recommendations were thoughtful and spot-on — he helped me find a scent I absolutely love.
