i would like to say A big Thank you and appreciation to R. pharmacist Bernice Yu at your location. Because, I was able to left Canada for a 1 month vacation in "tomorrow" and we're suppose to get all my prescription filled and pick up from Markham Costco Pharamcy; only to found that- they only have 3 out of 30 pills of one of my needed prescription med. However Costco Pharamcy did not call ahead to let me know they cannot fill all of my prescription until I went to pick it up. Even worse, they also hold on to my prescription and told me they will give me the test when they have their supply come in. And they didn't know when their med. Supply will be in either. I was so mad, so frustrated.. So, I need to get my med. Somewhere (after doctor hr). When I call into this Dominic Ng Apothecary Ltd. At 5671 Steeles Ave. e, shoppers location, to explain the situation to R. pharmacist Bernice Yu, she was helping. Then I went to the location to have her more info about the situation and she offered to write a emergency prescription for me and gave me the medication I needed for my next day, month long travel needs. Therefore I would like to give her a praise at her genuine kindness and caring as well as the courage to make the decision, which could risking her pharmacist license - if I miss use my med- and fill my prescription for me. Bernice Yu you're much appreciated.
I am very disappointed with the experience my mother and I had at this Shoppers Drug Mart location on Elders Day. A staff member named Geethika was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping my mother, she was making faces at me when we asked for some help, speaking on the phone while working, and making mad faces, and refused to provide support to an elderly woman who needed assistance. The behavior was both offensive and upsetting, especially on a day that’s supposed to recognize and serve seniors. No customer, and especially not an elderly one, should ever be treated this way. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses the situation so that other customers don’t have to experience the same lack of respect and care.
"We", 5 customers, were waiting for the cashier over 10 minutes. Whe she showed up with along face and very silence routine telling us not to bother her!!
I came in a bit ago and I was checking out looking for the red reusable shopping bags. I interrupted a conversation amongst two coworkers and asked the employee if she had any in which they did. I had a bit of trouble at the cash register and just behind me was the kind lady Sheena. Amazing customer service from her, she was amazing and thoughtful to help. I would be attending more oftenly at this shoppers just for her great customer service!! Thanks a lot Sheena! :)
I tried to get Cosmetic at shoppers and I am not sure where certain item is situated as I am not familiar with this location and the aisle. I was patiently waiting for the cosmetic customer service rep while she was talking to someone. I asked her to help me with an item then she told me to where to go and then I asked her for an item second time she was so rude and told me to ask the front. I went to the cashiers in the front and they said the cosmetic Customer service rep should help me but the lady with red hair did not help me. The cashier paged them and a male customer service rep told me where to find this product and helped me. As I was about to leave, she sarcastically asked so did you find the product? I replied.. no thanks to you for not helping me. Cosmetic customer representative is for customers who need help about a product or where a product is placed etc. If they cannot provide the service or help a customer then they should not do the job. It is as simple as that. You are being paid to assist a customer. This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I am beyond disappointed at the customer service here. They need to train people or hire people who actually want to do their job and follow their job description. How are you a customer service rep when you cannot provide service for a customer? The entitlement to be lazy and not provide service yet receive a paycheck is so cheap. It’s because of bad customer service that some retailers suffer. I will never go to this Shoppers location ever again. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth…
This used to be my location for meds and stuff, great service anytime. Friendly staff, lots of free parking available. I'm no longer living in this area...
I went to the store to take a photo for a PR application it happened an issue with the photo but they were very helpful and so nice special the guy working at night time in the photo center and the supervisor fixed the problem and helped me out Thanks again I really appreciate
