I went to get my prescription, which had been sent to my email. A young woman named Farideh, wearing a headscarf and working at the pharmacy, told me I needed to email it to Pharmacy. I did as instructed, but after a long wait, on my third visit I was told they hadn’t received it due to slow email. Finally, in the they managed to get the email after that she told me I must bring the prescription physically but why ask for it digitally if a physical copy was necessary? The service was poor and the staff seemed incompetent. I hope more attention is paid when hiring, as timely access to medicine is vital.
I had a very disappointing experience with my return at this Shoppers Drug Mart. The staff were unhelpful and gave no clear explanation of the return process. Instead of assisting, they made everything feel more complicated and acted like they didn’t want to deal with it. Very unprofessional service, and definitely not what I expect from a store like this. Management needs to improve how returns are handled.
Today I bought netrogena rapid one that one full bottle is empty and opened.I was so surprised when I saw it’s already opened by someone.I bought it by $17 Cad.Its really disappointing
DO NOT BUY FROZEN PRODUCTS OR MILK HERE EVERYTIME I BUY SOMETHING FROZEN IT LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN DEFROSTED AND RE FROZEN. THE ICE CREAM LAST WEEK MADE ME SICK. THEY LET FROZEN FOODS AIR IN THE AISLE TOO PONG IT STARTS TO DEFROST. THATS A HUGE PROBLEM
I found expired milk on the shelf for sale. It's expired at September 23 but on the shelf on October 1. The manager was notified about it. People please be careful about expiration date.
REPORT the store owner/pharmacist, Ali Bashir Sachoo, if you have experienced any harassment and mistreatment by him or his staff. Report him to Shoppers Drug Mart and the College of Pharmacists and and the police if you have to- don’t just leave Google reviews. Look at the rest of the reviews! Why are women being assaulted and targeted? I spent hundreds of dollars on my medication at this store- his incompetent staff failed to give me what I needed to take my medication. I had to take this medication to prevent a miscarriage- hence the urgency. When I went to remedy the situation- the pharmacist Ali (older balding Russel Peters knockoff looking man) fought with me. The question is why does he keep doing this? Why does Shoppers Drug Mart and The College of Pharmacists allow him to continue carrying on in this manner
Not even worth 1 star manger is rude and non existent to people and complaints. The most unorganized, dirty,shoppers in the city. I drive 17 miles to stouffville store for my goods. Close this pig pen . R. Chard. Just thought I would add more to this review. Unfortunately had to use this store recently, hasn't changed still dirty many skids of products all over the place making it difficult to walk around. Looks like they need training in how to organize there store or they just don't CARE Again shopped at this store o stars for this unorganized, dirty store. They were either too lazy or didn't know how to put my new Benefit Company in there system causing me to have to pay cash to get my prescription. My last time in this store enough is enough driving to Stouffville where the service is a 10 star with excellent service by there staff and Pharmacists. Do your self a favor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY CARE. ARE YOU LISTENING OWNER OF THIS STORE OR DON'T YOU CARE EITHER. Had to go to this store unfortunately. Hasn't changed now they have a Female Security guard who thinks everyone is a criminal and follows and tries to intimidate you as you TRY to shop. Very rude and doesn't know the law. We are thinking of pressing charges against her and the store. She created a lot of stress for someone with a handicap. Very uncalled for actions by her. NOV 26 2022.
