For over a decade, my family, staff, and I have been loyal customers, visiting this place multiple times a week. We’ve supported the restaurant through several ownership changes and always chose to come back because the food was great and the service used to match. Unfortunately, the experience over the last few months has completely changed. Under the new management, customer service has dropped to a level I never thought I’d see here. One of our employees—also a long-time regular—had his entire lunch break wasted because the pizza oven wasn’t working. These things happen, but what made it unacceptable was the manager’s response. Instead of apologizing or offering any form of solution, she dismissed the issue and essentially said that because he’s a regular, he should “know better” and just wait twenty minutes with no accommodation. That attitude is the exact reason loyal customers stop coming. We’ve been supporting this business for a decade, but if this is the new standard of service, we’ll have to reconsider where we bring our business. I strongly encourage ownership to address this issue and the behavior of the current manager before more long-time customers walk away
I ordered 2 medium Hawaiian pizzas with Italian sausage in thin crust and multigrain from Gino's Pizza 681 Markham Rd. The pizza delivered was VERY SOGGY, as in VERY LIMP and not multigrain, barely any cheese on it and it was so oily that the boxes were literally soaked in oil! It looked so unappetizing! The dough also looks like it wasn't baked at the required time that's why the pizza was very soggy! Very disappointed! Do not order from this place especially if you want it delivered!
If you are receiving bad reviews for your services continuously then you should work upon it rather than you guys are ignoring and still providing bad services to the customers. Really felt bad when received your pizzas.... looking to bad ....will never order anything from Gino's pizza.really disappointed

I used to get some really decent pizzas there the last time I went we ordered wings as well the wings were raw in the center they weren't cooked properly and the pizza was the most disgusting pizza I've ever had in the order was wrong and I went and explained it to them and they went yeah what do you want us to do about it well I don't go back there anymore they don't correct her mistakes and keep customers happy
The pizza is have very much oil And the pepperoni meat is worst pepperoni i eat ever And the tomato sauce is so much I delivered 4 pizza and no one want eat him
Gluten free crust was really tasty but the pizza was kinda dry overall and the bacon on my sister's pizza was very undercooked, although she still enjoyed it Tried the peri peri fries fries and they were great! Fantastic heat and flavor, perfect level of salt. Definitely a winner.
