I went over to grab a new pair of safty shoes for the winter. Nigel helped me out and I not only found the warmest lightest shoes but some added pants with the coolest pockets for tools. Nigel made things super easy and fast without any issues I was out in 30min. Sounds crazy fake but I can assure you it's all real, just wore the pants a boots all day at work today and they are top notch. Thanks again Nigel!
It is always hard nut to crack to deal with these sales ladies. I bought pair of shoes in 2023 on 12 Aug next year 17 Aug so anniversary date shifted to 17 Aug In 2023 someone better was on desk , and this time my bad luck that she is saying to come after 17 Aug . Wow , so why I need to return back for same kind of nonsense again. Instead of that someone can order or buy somewhere and then reimburse. Never going back to this location at least, may be they have different business model than others.
I wish I can put below 1 star . First the employee of the store come and tell you can only use certain designated amount and you can’t go above $200 limit and then telling you can go above and you can’t choose the below amount . When I mentioned to her last time I came here and get the shoes below $200 limit given by the company, she like no you can’t get it . I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone after having worse experience. Try other locations.
Today I went to mister safety shoes at William kitchen location at 0915 hrs but store was closed. I was surprised because according to Google timing and time mentioned on door it should open at 0900 hrs. Did any one else experienced the same?
Wonderful service by caring people. Actually the person, Graham, who looked after me even checked my shoe size! When was the last time that someone offered this? Old fashioned service by a knowledgeable staff. Go to this place for the best in safety shoes, boots and accessories.
I used to pay $250 for work pants, and I found out that same quality pants just $89 at mister safety shoes. If you purchase two , you have $20 discount…Employees are very helpful, polite and professional as well.
Great customer service.. came back here after 7pm, was greeted by a really nice young girl, curly hair just past her shoulders.. (Thanks again!) I didnt get her name, but she was fantastic and Very helpful. They have a better selection for womens workboots than Marks Work warehouse. I took a steel toe, Magnum brand, (the taller ones) with a cushy insole. Tip: take a half size bigger if you want that comfy insole, otherwise, it won't fit comfortably. My suggestion.. don't waste your time anywhere else, come here first!
