The staff here is excellent. Parbha especially went above and beyond to help me get the shoes I wanted to exchange. She even called other Skechers locations to make sure a pair was reserved for me. Really appreciated the service!
I visited this location an few days ago and it took a while to have someone help me once they did, the person who was helping me was giving off a very strong and foul odour which unfortunately made me leave the store with my child as the smell lingered through the entire store. I will be visiting a different location this weekend.
Angie at Scarborough Town Centre went out of her way to look for a par of boots for myself and my sister both of us have a disability Angie was able to assist both of us and we got the perfect boots excellent customer service
The girl named Angel (or something sounds alike) helped a lot! The STC store was extremely crowded when I arrived and I thought I would have to wait a long time to try on the shoes I wanted to buy. Then this girl appeared holding five or six shoe boxes at the same time! She remembered the style and size I wanted at an incredible speed and ran back with the shoes I wanted. I think I only stayed in the store for less than five minutes to get the shoes I wanted. The lady named Angel, I hope I can meet you every time I come!!! Thank you a lot!!
Teresa , the assistant manager was by far so patient and helpful. I tried on 6 pairs of shoes.. and she was so cheerful and positive and gave great service. Alongside with the other staff as well all kind people. Shout out to the staff . I definitely will gi back to this location

Scarborough Town Centre. Bought two pairs largely because of the assistance of Vie. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got shoes that were comfortable and fit for purpose. Great employee!!
