I was a couple of hours away from my destination when I had a flat tire and visited Kal Tire in Scarborough on Kingston street. I was received by Richie who was very kind and managed to get me an appointment within an hour to fix the issue. Once the car was checked and the repairs were not possible to do due to age of tire, the team replaced the tire with the spare one I had so as to get to my destination. The gentleman who received us at the appointment did everything to have it checked and spare tire replaced in no time, will be forever grateful. In very little time I managed to get on the road and to my destination. Thank you team Kal Tire Scarborough !
Booke appointment. 3 pm. Arrived 10 min before to swap.tires for winter. Tires in storage with Kal. Not sure why, but the process of changing 4 tires already on rims took 1 hour and 40 min.... This needs to be better. Far too long for a booked 3 weeks in advance appointment.
Anyone who had issues with the Kal Tire store provided services must be brought up straight to the Kal Tire management (customer service) for the right resolution - do not argue with the staff in the store. The staff is not very smart in handling customer issue especially he doesn't understand the technicalities in resolving the real issues. Listening skills is also a problem! I'm happy how the higher management came up with the resolution of my issues. I can give a 4.5/5 rating for the Kal Tire higher management, he resolved my issues above my expectations. Thank you Sir! In addition, I still had a hiccups after you sent me to the branch to get my 2 tire replaced and I have to be persistent to get my alignment done right. It's disappointing! I will still considering Kal Tire in the future but not in this location not unless the management is changed.

The service is always great, I have been going there for years and get all my tire services there. I mostly deal with Rutesh and most staffs are professional and very accommodating, they go the extra mile to get me the best price to match with their service.
I had a great experience with Kal Tire in Scarborough, on Kingston Road. In addition to quickly and conveniently booking an appointment online, all of my questions were answered in a professional and friendly manner regarding my tires. It turned out that I needed brake service as well. The manager, Rutesh, took the time to physically show me my brakes and explain why they needed servicing, which I thought to be very helpful. Both services I received were also reasonably priced.
Great service. Fast. Professional. June 24, 2024 update. Took me right way and remove a screw from our tire while we played chess in the waiting room. *** February 20th, 2025 update. *** All my concerns were address with the new Nitto tires; balanced, aligned, tie rod replaced and brakes serviced.
