Brought in my car to get a quote for some rust repair, scratches, dents, and to replace the cover on a side mirror. The guy quoted me a certain price for all the work, but it was late in the afternoon and I needed my car. I brought it back at a later date and was told they would honor the quote. They did the rust on the rear quarter panel, but none of the other spots. They also didn't bother trying to blend any of the paint. They didn't do any of the scratches or dents. They glued the mirror cover on with some rubber sealant but you can tell it's cracked. When they called me in I complained about all the things that weren't completed and they said they'd take care of it. 3 days later (and $200 more in rental car charges) they call me in again and they literally haven't done anything. TLDR: management is not trustworthy and repairs are amateur
