Worst experience! I took an appointment to fix the wheel alignment. This service was there on their website. I had to take leave from my work since I get appointment during the week, but when I reach there they said they don’t do alignments anymore. Also he made up some lies. Not recommended.
Honest and friendly. It's so hard to find an honest mechanic these days, everyone's just trying to get you to spend more on unnecessary repairs. Brought my car in for a rotor and brake change as I was suggested one at the last place I had my oil change. Mark told me my brakes are fine and I don't need to change them. I mentioned some vibration so he inspected deeper and found some wear on the inner side of the rotors. He suggested to just so the front since the back are okay. In total I paid roughly $600 (including oil change) The last place quoted me $3000 for all 4 sets and suggested I do them right away as my brakes are no good.
I had a very disappointing experience with CMB Auto Shop. Two weeks ago, I called to book an appointment and was scheduled for the 17th. When I arrived today, they told me I didn't have an appointment! After I left, they called to say they could take me after all but sorry I can not come back again ! I can't understand why I had to wait two weeks for this confusion. Despite their good reviews, my experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time. I regret choosing this shop.
CMB Auto Repairs is the only place we ever have our vehicles serviced. Once we found CMB and got to know Mark and Maria, there was no way we would ever go anywhere else. We moved to Hamilton nearly 3 years ago, and we STILL drive to CMB Auto Repairs for service. The prices can't be beat; but what matters to us even more is how trustworthy Mark is. He is a man of great integrity and will never steer you wrong. Next time your car needs service, take it to CMB, you won't regret it.
