I’ve been going to Costa’s Mobile for over 20 years, but my recent experience with Manu, the owner’s son, was very disappointing. I returned to get a clean copy of an inspection form because the original had a smudge and wasn’t accepted. Instead of listening, Manu immediately assumed I wanted a free re-inspection and spoke to me rudely. Only after I showed him the message from the company—clearly stating the copy wasn’t accepted because it wasn’t clean—did he finally believe me and give me a clean copy. After two decades of loyalty and recommending many people, I no longer feel comfortable returning. Very unprofessional encounter.
Took my car in for a last minute emergency repair today for the first time, and I must say it was quite pleasant. As expected since I was a last minute drop in I had to wait 2.5 hours or so for my turn but truthfully I didn’t mind it at all. The owners were very friendly and kind, the wait didn’t even feel that long. I never thought I would enter a mechanic shop for the first time and feel like family. Very reasonably priced and excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you for your kindness
10 out of 10 service I had a flat tire and was scared to drive. He was able to squeeze me in despite being super busy and fix my flat in less than five minutes. The shop down the road denied me 30 minutes before closing, but he took me right away. Customer service is everything will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!
Honestly Mano is the only mechanic I can trust. Highly recommend Costa’s. Not only is it good quality work, but also a level of honesty and integrity that is unmatched. Thankful for Mano and the team.
Came here to get my 2010 ford fusion safety. They exceeded my expectation. I was loyal to a mechanic for years and he declined getting the safety for my car. But Mano was confident he could do it. Its done, Im using it with no issues. For years I spent weeks work done, here their team is fast, very fast.

This is a great shop. My family has taken every vehicle i've owned since college to Costa's and they always do great work. I currently live in Oshawa but whenever i need any work done from oil changes, repairs, or if i need someone to look over used cars that i buy, i make the drive from Oshawa to Scarborough because good, trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by. These are the current vehicles i take to Costa. 2020 Honda CRV, 2000 Acura EL, 2021 Hyundai Tucson
