Got referred here by a buddy and had my Crosstrek's rear bumper repaired a few months back. They did an awesome job with both the installation and the paint match — looked brand new. Funny enough, I had to come back for another repair in the same spot, and once again, they knocked it out of the park. Consistent quality work. Great experience with both Saso and Daniel!
I didn't get any work done at this time, however, after some email correspondence I was very impressed by their pride of workmanship, honesty, and respect for their clients/customers. I will definitely remember them in the future and send them referrals.
I recently took my car to Howden to fix some major scratches all over the car. Some of the scratches also had caused the body colour to fade. When I got the car back, I could not believe it. There were no signs of scratches and the body colour was perfect. Franco was great. He gave me a reasonable estimate for the work done and was always interested in saving me time and money. I have been taking my car to Howden since 1983 for both major and minor body work and have never been disappointed.
I've had 2 vehicles repaired here after accidents and both times have been pleased with the results. They are a preferred location for the big insurance companies. This collision repair business is on its own property lot, better security for your vehicle while it's in their hands, in my opinion anyways as someone in the property management business.
I think everyone who drives a nice car, enjoys the moment they drove it away from the dealership. That new smell, the excitement of driving it, then out of nowhere, something happens. Somebody drives carelessly and hits your car. Recently, i had this experience, and because i drive a luxury vehicle, and i take very good care of it, it was devastating. I needed to find a collision centre that has a reputation for excellent service and workmanship. I was familiar with CSN through friends and contacted CSN Howden. Sacho was very helpful and so I brought my car to their location, where i met Franco Armand. He was very calming and helpful. He assured me that my replacement parts would be from the dealership and that the waiting period would be brief. There had been a few small dents as well from careless people opening their doors and hitting my car, these were expertly removed as well. When Franco called to let me know that my car was completed i was very impressed with the short period of time that everything was completed. When he presented my car to me, it was like the day that I drove it off the lot the day that i purchased it, and the car had been detailed as well. While i hope that no one ever has to go through being in an accident, if it does occur, rest assured that you will find no better solution than CSNHowden
I went in for bumper repair and Daniel assisted me in the estimate and time of repair. It took 4 days to complete and was on schedule. Very straight forward dealing with them without issue. Car looked new after repair. Very happy with the service and will use them again if the need arises.
I learned after an ' ok' repair from a car accident that CSNs commitment is to the insurance companies not to the vehicle owner . For insurance companies giving constant business ,they in return must keep cost of repair low . Parts quality , labour necessary additional parts and work are standard at best .
