I have been ordering cake for my kids birthdays my wife birthday/mine and for our wedding anniversary’s from (Lochchana) for the past 9 years and I would say I can trust their work with closed eyes! I have ordered many different types of cake and every-time she has done an amazing job, the lady who is the owner I would say she is really experienced/ magical hands, I just sent her the cake picture with no worries she makes it even better then the picture, I have referred her to many relatives and friends for their parties and they all loved it, anyone who is looking to order any kind of cake give (Lochchana) is the place try it & I bet you won’t regret, and you will become their regular customer just like me, about price they have very fair price looking at the market at this time, but honestly for me the quality of work she puts in means a lot more then the money I’m paying, and sometimes when I’m very busy they do deliver the cake as well with a little extra charge
I bought a lavish, pink polka-dotted 2-tiered cake for my grandma Agnes’ 80th birthday. The cake had the perfect amount of icing, unlike store-bought cakes where they mask the actual flavour of the cake with a heaving amount of icing! Not only was the presentation of the exterior of the cake eye candy, cutting into it was just as beautiful. Since it was Grandma Agnes’ birthday, she took the initiative to cut into the cake. I have to say, she honestly doesn’t have the steadiest hands, or the strongest grip. However, the cake wasn’t tough to work into at all! My grandma was able to cut into it perfectly. The insides of the cake wasn’t at all mushed when taking a slice, we were actually able to see the layers of the cake in its entirety. Tots Instagram worthy!! The layers of the cake were all even, and the icing bonding the cakes together were keeping the figure intact! Satisfactory? Absolutely!! Moving onto the actual qualities of the cake itself, the texture of the cake wasn’t at all crummy, despite being light and airy! The cake was able to melt into my mouth, which is a positive for my grandma especially. Although the icing is a bit on the sweeter side, it’s not insanely sweet. It’s actually very delicious. Nearing two days ago since I bought the 2-tiered cake for my grandmothers 80th, it still tastes just as good as when we first cut it open and enjoyed it, up until today! As long as it’s stored properly, the cake will hold its taste like you just bought it. Beautiful exterior, delicious and satisfactory interior. Will be coming again for my birthday as well!! ❤️
This is the far worst cake bakery supply shop I have been too had a really disappointing experience at this cake supplies shop. First of all, the staff were completely unhelpful specially the owner Lady ( worst Attitude as a owner)when I asked about specific cake decorating tools, they acted like I was bothering them and gave vague or rude answers. The shelves were disorganized, and several items I picked up had no price tags. When I asked at the counter, they didn’t seem to know the prices either. Some of the products looked like they had been sitting there for years — dusty and expired, especially some of the edible items like fondant and food coloring. I also noticed that they overcharged me at the till and didn’t give me a proper receipt. When I pointed it out, the cashier got defensive and refused to fix the mistake. Very unprofessional. I had high hopes because this shop came recommended, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. I ended up going elsewhere to finish my order. Save your time and money — there are better, cleaner, and friendlier cake supply stores out there.

This is the best custom cake shop I have come across in Toronto. You can probably pick any design and they will make sure to get it done and the result is just wow!! Customer service is amazing, they will make sure it gets delivered in the perfect condition. Highly recommended this place for all your special occasions. as always this is the best cake shop for all the customers order. This is the 5th year i am ordering and her quality never changed. Always recommended
The woman working there 0 manners. It’s not the first time that she is been rude and disrespectful to me even though I am a regular costumer. Really disappointed about my experience there just because of her. I hope she can start a course of costumer service soon or all the costumers will be gone 100%.
