I did enjoy going here but one lady was the only nice one, i am not sure of her name ,( long nails )when I ordered on line and a product was not in Stock she would call me. this time no one called me so I wasted my time. You lost a customer

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this store. Demetri, the owner, is absolutely top notch. His customer service is second to none, and his knowledge of cannabis is unmatched - he truly knows his stuff. There’s never any pressure to buy, and he even goes out of his way to bring in items from his Coxwell store when the Markham location is out. But most importantly, he’s one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, and that alone guarantees he’ll have my business going forward. Do yourself a favour and check it out, you’ll wish you had found this place sooner!

I went to 7th Heaven (Scarborough location) and Janeka was super AMAZING! She answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable about the products. I explained what I was looking for and she gave me a few options to choose from that fit within my parameters. She is definitely an asset to your company and I truly hope there is a company reward program as Janeka would be well deserving of it. I absolutely will be shopping here again because of the excellent customer service. Great job Janeka!!!!
