I’ve had two separate negative experiences at this Canna Cabana location, both caused by the same employee. Their behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of basic customer service, I got attitude and disrespect, even when I was speaking politely and just trying to make a purchase. This isn’t a one-time mistake — it’s a pattern. As a regular customer, I expect staff to treat people with simple respect. If someone in your team can’t handle that, it reflects poorly on the entire store.
I couldn't be happier with my experience at this location, which is 100 times better than the one at Steeles & Bathurst. It is rare to find a business that truly delivers on both superior SERVICE and excellent value.
I will give one star because their advertisement claims they are the cheapest, but that’s not true. I drove 45 minutes to get there, and it was a waste of time. Very disappointed.
