Its been two months i m dealing with anxiety depression and was physically and mentally very week. Went a lot of therapist and medication, everybody was saying i got nothing effects on my body. All of sudden one day i thought its mind making me anxious and suffered through this situation , thought to go buy a weed near by my house i.e. canna vibes and there was guy named derry , who saw me inside asked my looking my face what i m dealing through and he gave me suggestions, talked polite and made me feel happy and suggest me to bought cdb vape which really helped me to overcome my stress and overthinking. Now i m enjoy my day. Thank you derry for your help
No customer loyalty, called in to put something aside I was gonna pick up and not even 1 hour later it sold to someone else (bc they forgot to put it aside) despite me saying I was coming after work.
Have been going to this store for about 8 months now as it’s a 5 minute walk from my house and pricing was decent. Purchased a cartridge and noticed it was leaking the next day (enough that it left a strand of resin when I went to check the battery like a slice of cheesy pizza). The day after I brought it back in and was told there’s nothing they can do and that I had to reschedule out to the manufacturer. 3 weeks later and I still haven’t heard back from the manufacturer or this business as I emailed to follow up 3 times. Will not be going back. Canna cabana at Kennedy and Eglington will have my business moving forward. They also incentivize for google reviews with free product which I think is a shady way to drown out negative reviews with positive ones and quite frankly against google reviews rules.
Great guys. Amazing customer service, very knowledgable with all kind of flowers and a different level of THC. The prices is very competitive as far as I can tell. I highly recommend this place.
I have been a customer for over a year. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Staff will take the time to listen and discuss any questions a customer may have. Store is very well set up and clean. Whether going to Canna Vibes for the 1st time or the 100th time the experience is well worth the visit.
Staff is always pleasant, good prices and for me the location is super convenient I’m new to living in the east so it’s nice having this shop so close by
I like every aspect of this location! Particularly when I have the fortunate privilege to reside right next to it. The owner is fantastic and genuinely cares about his clients' satisfaction. With my purchase, I was offered a free coffee, which was super! I mean where else can we stop to grab a coffee and some bud all at the same time?!? Brilliant IDEA! It will be the ONLY cannabis retailer I use. Gratitude is in order for the wonderful customer service and reasonably priced, high-quality cannabis.
