Let me tell give you all the details, I have gone to cost cannabis since they opened. As of recently I noticed that the weakest and cheapest cannabis they carry will have your stomach turning and churning. If you take pre rolls, flowers, gummies or drinks from these people you WILL make it to the toilet or worse the hospital in less than 24 hrs. Also police has been called to their location 3 times in one month! I saw it with my own eyes! They withhold information and they mix like no body's business. We no longer live in a world where you can have cheap Zaza pee it out and move on... It's sad
They completely forgot to deliver my order?!? I waited 6 hours, called the store to double check on it(which, I am glad I did)and was told the driver forgot about it and is not willing to deliver it once he got back to the store. I am less than a 5 min drive, so running back out to solve a problem they created was the very least they could have done. But nope! They did not provide any solution, their suggestions were “get a refund or wait for it to be delivered tomorrow afternoon” yet I had already waited 6hours and the refund takes 3 business days to complete. It’s now 8pm and I have to go to a different store and spend even more money as what I already spent takes days to refund. The complete lack of care and support from their team, especially revolving an issue THEY created is absolutely appalling. The selection and prices are very fair, but this experience of me having to chase down an order I paid well in advance for just to be told it wont be fulfilled has turned me away. 6hrs wasted and $60 on hold due to their teams negligence.
One of the best spots to check out! Awesome variety, unbeatable prices, and top-notch customer service. I’ve been here many times and always had a great experience. The girl working there is super friendly and always goes above and beyond to help with my selection, Definitely one of my favorite spots—highly recommend!
Bought a Tribal cart stop working about a third way through and they will not replace it. Any other establishment has replaced non working carts for me before. Terrible customer service!!! Will never shop here again. To follow up....after talking to their VP (what a joke) this company could care less about your business!!! Never would I recommend this store or company to anyone. They won't last long in the cannabis business that's for sure!!! I've had other carts replaced with no questions asked with the receipt at other retailers but apparently this is NOT their policy!!!!
Worse place to order when I refund should be issued the manager does not help staff are to busy talking to each other to properly work will never suggest this store to anyone I will travel to the Danforth for better service and prices
Placed an order at 618 estime time estimated delivery was 750-810 and its 850 and still no order and when i called the store i was basically told i could cancel my order terrible service Now I see the owner has just put up a review in answer to my review and it’s lies!I was home from the time I placed my order. until it finally arrived at 910 and no delivery driver knocked on my door nor did I receive a text that he was actually at my door! I didn’t even get my order from Uber Eats because after I contacted the store via email the owner called me on the phone and asked what happened then he arranged for my order to be delivered directly from the store and it got here in 10 minutes!Wow!
The day I found this joint, I knew that high had hit the jackpot. The lady I met first was the young, blond lady, she's always smiling. Five stars. There's a young white dude who works there - maybe 20ish. A very smart young man. He gave me good advice about Verse and their God Bud. Actually the advice turned out to be great advice. Five stars. Then there's another young man, he's a brown man (there were two but I don't see the other young brother anymore) and he's the consummate sales pro. Five stars. One young lady who wears glasses is so cool! I usually see her when she is behind the counter so that's been the majority of our interaction. The vibe is always exceptional. Five stars. T The newest employee - also young (younger than me but who isn't) and she, like my first rating, has such a really warm face. Five Stars. This is my go to spot, you'll see me there about 4 days per week. Next time - my review will be written in paragraphs! Also - the prices are the lowest in the city and if they're not, they will match the lowest by ten percent, on the spot. That's the biggest reason that I will run, return trip 9 km, to see them. Peeeeeeeeeeeeace.
