Despite having quite the negative experience with a certain purchase, the manager was very kind and patient with resolving the problem. I would like to give kudos to her for the reaction to a mistake on their employee's end.
My recent visit was unfortunately marked by exceptionally poor customer service. The staff members I encountered were consistently impolite, which significantly detracted from my overall experience. I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism.I won't go there any more. Allen
