One of the friendliest stores I have been to in Canada, wide range selection, and the most awesome manager, mila, she always recommends me stuff which is both party and pocket friendly. Will recommend everyone to come here at least once
As a medical patient since the 80s I find it hard to get a good strain at any of the cannabis stores however, while speaking to your associate Kelly she led me in the direction of some pre-rolls by Carmel that may interest me wow was I surprised not Only is she very knowledgeable She knew what exactly I needed. I don't go to dispensaries that often because its usually a hassle and the selections never good but I've noticed fika seems to always have proper stock and great pop up deals it also helps that they keep the vibes up likeI can always expect a great interaction walking in and they always know what's in stock and what's good for my budget. The store manager Wes is definitely doin somthing right and that also includes everyone else that works there! keep up the good work and stay blazin fhamly??
Don't waste your money here. Go where they value you as a person, let alone a customer. The green merchant and spirit leaf have the same bud if not better right around the same area. I am or was a regular customer here, and I spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, as I am a platinum member. I come here every day or every other day. The two guys who work here are amazing and have a lot of knowledge, and always want the best for the customers. This other blonde lady is really nice. Amazing customer service always has a smile on her face, always welcoming. But Employee Abby needs to be fired, or she needs to be taught some customer service skills. She does not care for customers... I asked her to see the bag, and she said word for word, "I don't have to show you it's not protocol." she only does the bare minimum. After that, she continues to be rude the whole time, and on top of that, she states that "it's just weed." It's not just weed. I use marijuana medicinally. That's why I asked to see the bag to see what terpenes are in the flower so I can tell if it will help my situation, but she still refused. Beyond that, she messes up the transaction , and then she takes another 15 minutes to do everything and figure out where she went wrong and had to call her manager. There can be serious impact on peoples lives if cannabis is not used correctly, and if you fail to realize that you shouldn't be working at a dispensary, it's not a joke. it's a drug. She couldn't even cash me out properly. All in all, life is too short to be at a miserable job, and because of her behavior and how she treated me as she stated "we dont need your business go shop somewhere else" as if she owns the place, your company lost a loyal customer today.
Kelly is amazing she help me out with your blue glass joint holder for joints that I got free for the first visit. Unfortunately my roomate broke it boo. lol they were out last time but she had a pair she had a home, that she didn’t need to do but she did. This was 3 visit very friendly and appreciate it . as for the blue joint holder 5 star even though it was a nice free gift. Easy for my rolled joints Thanks again.
So stoked that a cannabis store with a large assortment of products and high-class in-store experience like this opened up in Scarborough. Wesley was very knowledgeable and friendly - he introduced me to some of his and his coworker’s most liked products and answered any questions I had. The rewards program is pretty cool too. I’ll be back!
What can I say that hasn't been already said about this shop! Amazing products, amazing staff and the manager is always helpful if there is ever a product I am looking for but they may not have, they always make sure I am leaving with something similar than the norm!
