I’ve been coming here for a while now and every time I walk in, Cleaon makes the experience smooth and welcoming. He’s always calm, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find what they’re looking for. Nothing feels forced, never rushed, just good conversation and solid service. The vibe he brings really adds to the whole experience and makes this place stand out. Much respect and appreciation for consistently good energy and professionalism.

Received lovely service from everyone involved. As a first time buyer everything went smoothly, I got what I ordered and some stickers as well as everything happened in the way as described. Update 8.28.2025 Still same super nice service, always friendly and the deliveries are 10/10
The staff are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful, but my issue is that they will take orders on apps like DoorDash/uber themselves. While this doesn’t seem to be an issue at first, the issue is that they don’t notify you when the order is on the way. They just show up to your house and tell you to order from their site when they get there. I know Uber eats, DoorDash, and etc are bad, but them accepting deliveries themselves and not notifying me when they’re on the way is bringing my score of them down. Heck, my father learned I’m a stoner because one of their delivery drivers showed up without notice while he was outside. And I don’t need to be told “order from our site” after that. For the owners, please just let buyers know when you’re on the way. You guys have an amazing place and wonderful staff but this has caused issues for me. I just want to be able to know when your drivers are going to arrive so I can be ready to pick up my delivery.
Staff is always so friendly and helpful, their knowledge helps me to make the best selection based on what I need in the moment. It's always a pleasure.
I would like to start by saying..this is by the far the best cannabis merchant shop I been to in Toronto. The culture there is amazing walked In got a friendly greeting. I even was able to bring my puppy in and they had snacks for him so now it's a every week visit. The price for the certain flowers no can beat there price.. hands down has the most affordable fire Buds ?. If you in Scarborough look em up and If it's raining they do free delivery.
