As a regular customer of this store we were very disappointed with the treatment we received and the attitude of its representative when advising him that two of the WeedMe pods we recently purchased could not be activated. Their rep basically stated our problem wasn’t his problem and that there was nothing he could do or would do about it. When I asked if he could not return the unused pods to WeedMe for a credit, he flatly said no. Not the type of service I would have expected from a store if it was looking to keep us as a regular customer which in our case, they won’t! My advise those shopping here is “buyer beware - once you buy something it’s yours - problem or not” PS Advised Pug head office of my issue and have not even received an acknowledgement of this. Guess we can understand why the rep at their store handled our problem in the fashion which they did.
After having tried several dispensaries in Scarborough, I can say with confidence that Plug Canna6is is simply one of the best. Had such a pleasant experience one the workers there Jacob he was super helpful recommended me my now new favourite go to n even wen i was super indecisive took his time didn’t rush me be rude like most places highly recommend this location great prices great service can’t be beat!
At Plug Cannabis there are pictures of dictators and mass murderers on the wall alongside Elvis and Bob Marley smoking a joint together. To me it is very bad taste, but I guess you could call it "art"... Definitely a No-Go for me.

The staff are amazing, straight up no bs. But the prices are a little more than Hunny pot and NO discount. Hunny pot gives a 10% discount to seniors. Plug is definitely the better store
Worst dispensary I been at. awful customer service, store clerk was really rude and giving me attitude when I rejected her recommendation and said no thanks I'm good. dispensaries make you feel welcome but costumer service at this store made me never want to shop at this store again.
