Extremely disrespectful staff. When I asked if they did air conditioning fixes they said yes and asked them if they could look at the problem with my air conditioning they said no. Their are far better mechanics on the same strip do not come to these people at any cost.
I showed up out of nowhere to get some new tires thrown on my car a day after a snow storm. Frank replaced the tires promptly and professionally for a great price!
I brought my truck in for a rattling sound in the exhaust and Frank fixed it for free. I have been bringing my vehicles to Annie's auto for 8 years or so. Frank has serviced three of our trucks and has always been friendly , fair and professional. I would really recommend.
Both Frank and his assistant Johnny are absolutely rude and cheats. I went for a safety certificate and they insisted on getting axle lubrication redone and won't pass without it. Just to change the rubber cover and the lubricant they charged me $160 for a simple 1 hour job. Couple of months passed and the seal came off and it started making noises. When I went back to them complaining about the poor quality of work they were yelling at me and refused to do anything at first but agreed later. Horrible rude customer service, crazy exorbitant pricing and pathetic unprofessional job; if that's what you are looking for then look no further, coz Annie's got you covered!
DON'T COME HERE. Frank has some behavioral issues. If he doesn't like what you said, then he will simply ignore you and walk away. He can become rude and aggressive at times.
STAY AWAY! This guys are 100% crooks. They will rip you for sure. When I bought a vehicle for the first time I had to do safety and this guys offered me the cheapest price. Then I had to do a Automatic Transmission Fuel change, it was half the price any other regular garage ($40). So I went ahead and did it. After 3 months I had to change my engine oil and this guys offered me $30. For my luck I checked with couple of my friends and they recommended me Mr. Lube and while changing my engine oil Mr. Lube checked ATF and said this needs changed immediately. For my surprise Annie's Auto has used recycled ATF for my car. If I would have run more it would have been disaster. PLEASE STAY AWAY ND SAVE YOUR CAR AND MONEY
