I brought my car in just for a simple tire repair, and they ended up damaging my rim while driving it inside the garage. When I pointed it out, they completely denied responsibility and claimed they “didn’t do it.” Very unprofessional and dishonest. I take good care of my car, and it was perfectly fine before I came here. If you value your vehicle, stay away from this place — they clearly don’t take accountability for their mistakes. Extremely disappointed and will never return.
I brought my car to this shop expecting professional service, but I’m really disappointed. Not only did they scratch my car while it was in their care, but they didn’t even admit it or try to fix it properly. When I pointed it out, they acted like it was no big deal and gave no real solution. I trusted them with my vehicle, and instead I got my car back in worse condition than before. Very careless work, poor customer service, and no responsibility taken. I wouldn’t recommend this mechanic to anyone.
I brought my car here for an insurance claim repair and the workmanship is terrible. They didn’t even install the proper front plate bracket—instead, they just zip-tied my license plate to the bumper. That is completely unprofessional. They also left the trunk wiring cover open and didn’t put it back in place. The cover is missing or not installed properly, and the wiring is exposed. The bumper and lights don’t line up properly, the fitment is uneven, and there are visible gaps—looks like they rushed the job or skipped parts to save money. Even the paint quality is very low. The color doesn’t match properly, and you can clearly see imperfections and poor finishing. For an insurance claim, I expected proper parts and professional work, but they cut corners everywhere. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all.
