I have used Rahman Auto Repair for the past 6 years. I have always found them to be straight forward about any and all repairs. Generally my cars are at least 10 years old (the time when things like to break). I have read the reviews and they surprised me as this has never been my experience. If you are looking for a fair price, honest feedback about what is mechanically wrong with your car go in and see Adil and Shahid.
I used to go to them for about 2 years. I stopped going about 2 years ago. I apologize for the late review. They seem like half-decent guys, Rahman offered me food once, when he and the team were having lunch. During wheel swap season, he made a comment saying my wheel cover bags are a pain in the ass; I didn’t think too much of it, but it’s definitely not a good customer service attitude to have. The fat gentleman also has a disrespectful attitude at times. Around a year or more later, during an oil change I believe, I asked if anything can be done about my front bumper sticking out of place a little. They proceeded to use a small plastic hammer to push it in, chipping off a tiny piece off of the spot on the bumper. When I pointed it out to Rahman, he just pointed out the general wear around the bumper, as to say the chip was already there. I stopped going after this incident. It’s a shame because they charge cheap prices, but maybe you get what you pay for. Again, this was 2 years ago, so I hope they’ve been improving ever since, and wish them all the best!
I have been visiting rahmans automotive For the last five years and I’ve never had any issues with the quality of work or customer service. Fair pricing for the work
I visited Rahman's Automotive for an engine and transmission oil change, as well as spark plug replacement. The total cost was around $400. However, the final bill seemed inflated due to the addition of extra charges and the application of tax twice—once separately and then again on the total amount. Additionally, when I asked him to check the tire air pressure, he was unhappy that I didn't mention it earlier when the car was lifted, implying that he would need to be a magician to check it afterward. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place as their billing practices and customer service are not trustworthy.
Complete Scam!!!! Do not use this Automotive Shop, damaged my rims when changing out tires and refused to repair the damage! Owner was aggressive and rude although it was clear the damage was fresh and caused by his auto shop. I do no recommend this place to my worst enemy....... STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!
these guys tried to steal my tires after a winter tire change, had to double check my trunk and walk back in to let them know. should've read the reviews before coming here. alignment wasnt even done properly.
This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE of an experience and Noor is a lying, cheating, sleazy, disrespectful, sneaky, human being who does NOT have anyone’s interests in mind but his own. Noor is the reason that used car salesmen have a terrible reputation as liars and cheats. He is a small man with zero integrity.
