Worst customer service. Doesn't know how to communicate with customers, when trying to sell a product or sim doesn't explain the product well as a responsible salesman.
I bring my phone in to change the screen its take 3 days for him and after that no speaker on the phone and he didn't place it back the back of the phone properly the worst shop in Scarborough!! Don't go there!!
They buy and sell stolen phones here. We found our phone through "find my phone" and this guy had a full basket of stolen phones. He pretended he didn't know that the phones with cases and SIM are stolen. If you have a missing phone they might have yours too.
Went here to fix my phone camera- S21 the replace camera wasn't the original camera like the guy said it was. The quality was horrible. On top of that my battery doesn't last as long as it use to before the camera replacement. The guy is very shady. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE
Too busy on the phone to care about their customer and cheap China quality screen protectors that the guy doesn't even put on properly. Don't waste your time going here.
