I've been a customer here since Chatr opened+. I find the customer service (was) excellent & friendly. They always find what I'm looking for on point & been extremely helpful professional. Offerring quality well priced products & service not anymore. Although 2025 service has been cut it seems & the company Chatr has reduced phone customer service & customers & Chatr (Partnered) store owner operators, myself & workers were not able to get through to the company at all after many tries by the phone. I needed this in order to update my new pay arrangements. Also the online support is not accessible as it is glitch & I am unable to fill a field with my registration details or password info so it was not efficient either. With increased rates & extremely poor service I have happily changed my phone provider to FREEDOM MOBILE☆☆☆☆☆ which offerred me a great plan updated with current features like large data amount, ect at unlimited very fair cost. Old guy working in the morning has no idea what he is doing, wouldn't sell me a sim card unless I did the activation and decided on a plan then and there. I quickly called the 1-800 chatr number to ask if that was the case, because I was just picking up this sim for a family member. They said I should be able to just buy the sim and do the activation later from home. Finally, just went to the walmart in the same mall and got the chatr sim without any hassle.
