I had a great experience at the Fido store thanks to Sujeevan. I was having a difficult time picking up my upgraded phone, and he went above and beyond to try to resolve the issue. When I couldn’t complete it that day, he even followed up with me to check on the progress. The next day, after resolving the issue with Fido customer service, I returned Rachana was there and she made sure everything went smooth. Their patience, and care really stood out — I truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend this store.
The best customer service I have ever got since I came to Canada. Rachana explained me all the deals and phone 5 times in separate visits with all her patients and finally I got my best deal with iPhone and so happy. She even transferred my data from old phone to new phone with all password reset headache! Must visit the store if you guys are looking for the phone at best deal!!
Absolutely Horrible Customer Service – Majestic city- If I could give Rogers 0 stars, I would. I have been dealing with the worst customer service nightmare for the past three months, and they have done nothing but mislead and frustrate me.
