I visited to activate a new phone, and Emmanuel assisted me. The customer service was outstanding. He answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and was extremely patient and understanding.
I went to the Koodo at Scarborough Town Center. The handsome Indian gentleman that assist me was so helpful, patient and respectful. He helped me so much and I truly appreciate it. I do not remember his name and there are a few Indian gentlemen that worked at that location. He replaced my SIM card and helped me to set up my phone. He was knowledgeable and patient and takes the time to explained things to me. I will always use that location. Before I go to Scarborough Town Center Koodo. I stopped off first at woodside, Sandhurst circle, since it was the closest location to me. The service was horrible. The Chinese guy that was there, was not helpful. He didn’t want to bother. He was not knowledgeable, unhelpful, unpleasant. He keeps working on his laptop, instead of assisting me. I just left there and went directly to STC. I will never go to that location again.
5G+ service stopped working in just 3 days despite switching over from fido to Telus just a few days ago, swapping sims on different devices, and resetting network settings, and refreshing multiple times. So pathetic, why is Telus called fastest 5G network when it does things like this. Don’t come here and don’t switch to Telus. I ended up switching back to Fido.
I had a very disappointing experience with Koodo. I encountered serious issues with customer service, and it was frustrating how poorly managed things were. Despite waiting a long time, my initial request wasn’t fulfilled, and communication among the staff was severely lacking. To make matters worse, the overall service quality is far below expectations—frequent price hikes, unstable Wi-Fi, and a lack of accountability make it hard to recommend them to anyone. Lower prices may seem appealing, but the poor service and unreliable network are not worth it.
I went in looking to get a cheaper plan without data but after Abdullah Z helped me out I walked away with over double the mobile data at just over half the price of my old plan. Abdullah is a very helpful and friendly guy and went above and beyond to get me the best deal could
Fantastic experience upgrading my plan and getting a new phone. Moeen helped me through the entire process and was very easy to work with whilst not being pushy about upselling. I will definitely bring my family members to this location when they choose to upgrade as well. To the supervisor/manager, keep employees like Moeen around if you want to keep the customers satisfied!
Stopped by today to learn about my options for getting a phone. The representative there, Yash, was very helpful. He filled me in on perks I was missing out on and got me an upgrade. Was a very chill, helpful, stop-in!
