They are VERY RUDE!!!! a warranty on an corded earpiece isn’t valid at all at the Scarborough Town Centre location. Whilst being there they are all standing there talking in a different language with no care as for tending to any customers issues after purchasing an item!!!There’s DEFINITELY no confusion about the service @your location because even upon purchasing items at your store employees there keep going back and forth between the store opposite you to fulfill customers requirements.
Broke my phone screen and needed a repair 911. Just received my phone back, the screen is so glitchy and barely works. No idea why but now I need to go elsewhere to fix my screen again. Avoid this place!!!!
Sold me a screen protector for $20+tax I noticed later doesn't even fit the edges of the screen, doesn't protect privacy as claimed, I can see the screen at every angle. And a case I realized later doesn't stay on the phone keeps slipping off and the graphics on the back are fading. Enjoy the $50 I will never buy anything here again

Went at the end of the day, customer service was excellent. Bought phone case there before and went back and got the same friendly experience. Amazing screen protector applied for me, highly recommend going here. Worth the price!
Was there Tues Oct 25th to get a warranty claim processed for Rogers 3rd party and unfortunately Rogers doesnt update their vendors well. The manager went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Worth the drive from Oshawa I have a place I can trust. Hopefully Rogers gets their stuff figured out
