I was in a rush to buy scratch tickets as a present and asked how much they were, was told $3 each. Thought I got overcharged when I saw a $60 charge on my bank statement. Was sold a $50 and $10 ticket. Feel taken advantage of as I did not see the price on the tickets, will not spend any more money here.
I would rate this establishment ZERO stars if I could. I'm a regular customer there. I went in there to print out a service Canada application and they tried to charge me a dollar PER PAGE. The application was 19 pages long... I kindly asked if we could work out a deal and he said no. Discount, you say? I could load that on to my Presto and get to and from work for most of the week! I ended up going across the street and they only charged me 25 CENTS per page. I will never step foot in that place again.
The best customer service this store provides and the owner of this store is very kind and humble and believes in providing the best customer service to its customers. Keep it up!
