The people who work here come in the friday morning and line in the front row. It's not fair. It would be better if all customers were treated equally. (staff came to standing friday morning first in line to buy things. )
Yes it is problem that you can't undrestand what is inside the box.2 times I give advice to the staff that when you open the box to a castumer and you see what is inside,just have a market and write the name of the product.so next time you don't have to open it. Also two times the items I got it was wrong item.but still it is good time passing if you have one.
It’s a very good liquidation store however they should enforce the rule where you have to stay in the line instead of chilling in your car. I suggest that they should enforce it where they get cut if they leave the line for whatever reason. And no line holding for others.
Very disorganized and poor customer service They don’t care about people cutting the line on restock day - People come and put a bag disappear and come back at 9 and say I am ahead of you and when owner comes he says I don’t care and give them ticket They don’t know how to run a business
Store is not organized not at all amd staff is also kind of rude i visited there bought one bag and glasses for 15 dollar to which i later checked that stuff was only 5 dollar and was from shein what a waste .. the person who did my payment was kind of rude just like dont care about you until you are not buying the hefty amount of stuff
Service is really good. The guy who opens your boxes for you is extremely polite and helpful. Gave it 4 stars because there’s not as many things as the other topbinz locations I’ve been to, it’s also extremely busy.
It's alright, but they should definitely test out there electronics before putting them up on there Facebook page as a big item. Wasted $25 on a paper weight and screensaver now as It doesn't work and no returns.
