We just recently discovered this place 2 weeks ago even though we live near the area. I have been going in couple of times a week because I think I find good stuff every time. Staff is friendly too especially to my baby. When we came in first, the tall guy in the counter gave my baby some granola bars. (The same guy who helped us to find high quality car seat covers) Thank you to you. What I would suggest though is there should have been a signage that items purchased from outside is not permitted inside or should be left in the front counter (so that costumers could know that they could leave it in the front). Because when my first time coming in, I bought some stuff from dollarama, but we all know that dollarama products have their stickers on it. The staff didn't approached me about the items though but his look was giving like I was taking something from there store so I told I bought it from dollarama. It was just today I noticed that the regular customers would leave their bag in the front, so maybe a signage would be helpful to prevent other people being misjudged (especially the new ones).
Me and my wife come here 3-4x a week because my wife loves finding good deals. The staff are super friendly, especially to our daughter, they even give her little freebies and play with her when we’re busy. They treat every customer fairly and are always willing to help find what you’re looking for or suggest alternatives. Everything we’ve bought here has been in great condition, and we’ve been satisfied every single time. Highly recommended!
Great store. I have spent many years shopping at their various stores. I love how they are always trying to figure out the best way to keep things working smoothly. Definitely my favorite Bin Store. However new comers should be aware that there is a line process at opening . Ask someone when your arrive or before coming as the line starts early for prime day
The manager at this store doesn’t care about customers only money extremely rude staff and no customer service as staff barely speak proper English plus there are people who harassed and bullied you if you speak up against anything wrong and don’t worry apparently you can leave bottles overnight instead of waiting in line and show up 20 mins before they hand out tickets claiming they were there all night Update to the owner I have visited this store quite a few times including bills and transactions on my card for proof don’t accuse people of anything until you have proof your blut comment reflects your disrespectful attitude

Don't waste your time going there. There will be some cardboard boxes with no indication of what's inside. And you can't open boxes. Then how would you buy stuff, by guessing And not many stuff there either.
I had a very disappointing experience at Topbinz due to extremely rude staff behavior. Instead of being helpful or courteous, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional throughout my interaction. As a customer, I expected basic respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope Topbinz management addresses this issue seriously, as poor customer service can drive loyal customers away. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Topbinz.
