I ordered many items since last year and always picked up the items myself.Never had any issue with of the products.This is the 1st time I ordered multiple items and got them delivered. Everything was very fresh and delivered on time.Very satisfied with the products and delivery service.
This place was amazing. I have ordered twice and both times they delivered top quality lotus flowers along with other stuff efficiently. Suji is a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work guys. I can't believe they were able to deliver lotus flowers for our prayer. Thank you.
We recently used Pookadai for our wedding and, unfortunately, had a mixed experience. While the malai/garlands were beautiful in appearance, they were already wilting at the ends. The process around the hair florals was particularly stressful. I was informed last minute that bridal jasmine would not be available, which left little time to find alternatives. Most disappointing was the bridal bouquet. It was not what I had expected and arrived wilted and was falling apart, which was especially frustrating given the high cost. For an event as important as a wedding, I expected a higher level of professionalism and attention to detail. Overall, I would not recommend this florist for weddings. The lack of quality control, and reliability made what should have been a joyful experience unnecessarily stressful. Update: Following my initial review, Pookadai reached out directly and took accountability for the issues I experienced. I appreciate their willingness to listen and address my concerns. Their response and proposed solution were thoughtful and satisfactory. I am glad to see they value customer feedback and are committed to improving the experience. As a result, I have increased my initial rating to reflect their efforts and customer service.
Great service and quality products, staff is very helpful, they even went out of box and delivered my order when delivery partner delayed it, highly recommend
Pookadai florist.. this name is enough to know if you want to send flower to your loving one. I called them and they did it at very very cheap price and best quality design bouquet.
They are very nice and can understand your requirements. Best is they have price list for regular Pooja flowers. I usually buy rose petals for Pooja and other flowers occasionally. More importantly they are friendly and can comfortably converse in English
