This flower shop is a complete joke. The location listed doesn’t exist — there’s no store there. I tried calling during business hours multiple times, and no one ever picked up. Total waste of time. Don’t bother with this place.

I recently ordered a bouquet of fresh flowers for a VIP client of mine. The ordering process was seamless, as Jacqueline was responsive, pleasant and professional. I ordered over the phone followed by providing the details in an email & had specific detailed instructions to ensure this order would be done for my client. I ordered a week out. Once the day of delivery, my client said that Jacqueline was very pleasant and professional. She called the client ahead of time to ensure they were available and then delivered the beautiful arrangement. She then provided me with confirmation, by sending a photo of the beautiful fresh flowers. I am really impressed as I left the creativity up to Jacqueline. I only communicated that it was for their birthday and I wanted something beautiful. She did a great job with choosing the right flower & color type. I will definitely be adding Vitae Roses to my list of suppliers to use in the future. Thank you for making my client feel special on their day. Highly recommended

Well where do I begin. Vitae is a delightful woman. I just picked up my order of a dozen black stemmed roses and 4 black rose heads and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The entire process from order to pick-up was carried out with professionalism and promptness. I can't wait for my fiancée to see them. I already know who I'm calling for Valentine's Day.
