Hey family I usually don’t post. But I said let me post this scam company : SOPRESA LOGISTICS location: 2592 Birchmount Road, Scarborough, Ontario. I bought good from Nigeria and they have an agent in Nigeria that you pay for shipping and customs. Once you pay they are supposed to send you tracking number. First when you call the store location they don’t pick phone. And when they do; there is a guy who picks the phone and doesn’t have any idea about your good. Which I fine it hard to believe. After paying for shipping and customs in Nigeria. When my good finally came they sent me the message Your shipment is customs cleared and ready for pickup. Clearance fee is $36 When I call the lady I pay for the shipping and customs clearance, they started saying ooh it’s for shipping not customs clearance. Giving all kind of excuses. They dishonest people, not reliable, cheaters and above all scammers with the owner here and the agent in Nigeria. Stay away from their. This is a proof of our conversation.

Great customer service and good quality produce!!! I placed an order over the phone, the store rep prepared the items for the uber package pick up and delivery within a short time frame. Will be shopping here again

Excellent! This is a clean and decent store with a variety of African products. The cost is very affordable too compared with many African/Nigerian stores. Most of all, the customer service here is exceptional. The owner, Lola was kind, thoughtful and respectful. I’ve found my new African store. Highly recommended!
