I had a wonderful experience at Ellesmere Health Centre. The staff were friendly and professional, and the ultrasound technician, Sheher, was amazing! She was kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and with so much care. I truly appreciate her professionalism and warm approach. Highly recommend this clinic and Sheher for anyone needing an ultrasound!
These doctors are literally unprofessional people. Dr. Ambika’s sister (Assistant) she doesn’t know how to talk with patients especially if someone is pregnant. She was too rude and speaking too loudly on the phone. These guys are so terrible and senseless. I would never recommend this place to visit. They don’t have manners to communicate with patients.
Dr. Gobal’s approach is so unassuming that one might miss what a solid physician/ human being he is. Dr. Gobal, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Medical secretary Lauren’s dedication to her work is also worthy of respect - she has repeatedly gone the extra mile for me when she really didn’t have to.
From our North York doctor, our family moved to Whitby and we were blessed to have been referred to Ellesmere Health Centre. Dr. Sakesnan Gobal accepted our family of 5 after the pandemic and he has been taking care of our family. Commendable service as well by Lauren. She is just incredibly amazing, accommodating and helpful. I am always so comfortable even confiding to her which makes it easy to book appointments as she is very patient and understanding of our needs.

If your map search doesn’t have “Health Centre” in the search bar the map will bring you to a business park near Kennedy south of Ellesmere. WAZE does the same thing. This building is actually on Ellesmere between Warden and Birchmount, next to a Home Depot
P&A Medical. (AVOID AT ALL COST) New recruit front desk receptionist do not know how what she is doing. Even you come in due time for your assigned appointment you have to wait for other people to be over with. For them they need to understand what appointment means. It means you have your time slot is fix and you show up by that and get your work done. For them it does not apply. Plus they expect us to get the late fee if by anyhow you missed the time slot and wants to reschedule it
