I don’t know where the bad reviews are coming from. I do online booking. Never had a problem. Always seen the doctor on time. Never waiting. Dr. Fu is a caring knowledgeable doctor.
The clinic and the pharmacy are fine. But Dr. Fu is inexperienced, with zero bed-side manner and treats his patients like he has something else to do and the patients are bothering him. Dr. Fu, you need to wake up and learn how to do your job. The other doctors before him were much better
Excellent experience with Dr. Fu. He provided a clear diagnosis, prescribed medication that worked right away, and most importantly, helped refer my parents to the right specialist without delay. His efficiency and professionalism truly made a difference.
Dr Fu is fine but the clinic has no respect for their patients. I booked an appointment for 3pm, arrived at 2:45, did the self checkin but I was never called in. When I asked the receptionist, she said my name wasn't there, so I was the last walk-in patient and I had to watch everyone cutting the line and being seen before me. That's next level gaslighting and an incredible lack of consideration and respect for their patients. Sorry, after years going there I'm not coming back. Not like they would care, anyway.
This Medical clinic is a joke. Dr. Fu gave me a prescription for Ozempic, my insurance company requires a pre-authorization for this medication as a way to ensure the person taking it has diabetes and is not just taking it to lose weight. I take the form to him to fill out, he wants to charge $20 to fill out a form that will take him probably less than a minute to fill out. I guess lining his pockets with money is more important than my health.
Online “appointment” means nothing. You get there and wait in line with everyone else. It feels like a scam they use to get you to go to their clinic—thinking you will wait less since you have an appointment. They should stop offering online bookings and be honest: It’s first come, first serve. Doctor was professional and nice.
I have lived in 4 countries and Dr. Botto is the best Doctor i have seen. She is knowlegeable, detailed,caring and always ready to help. The lady at the reception is awesome, she has mastered the art of smiling under intense pressure. Good job guys.
