I was a patient of Dr Robert Lam.I found him very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he moved on to pursue another field.I was informed I was going to be transferred to Dr.Hsu. My medical condition deteriated and I became mobile. I found out through my work benefit provider that I was not assigned a Dr as Dr.Hsu had also left. I was never notified of this.When I called I was informed they are not accepting new patients. I was shocked as im not new and all my records are in that office.As it goes I don't know how they can just kick me to the curb.I still have not got a new Dr. Thanks Ash Medical.
This clinic has been really helpful to my needs. Dr.king is a God send she is very knowledgeable, patient and sympathetic to my medical need's. Dr.King doesn't stop until I get the right medical team to assist me with my illness.
I have been a patient of this practice for years now since beforethepandemic. Dr Easwaran and the receptionist staff are always friendly efficient and make each visit a good experience.
We have Dr.Easwaran as family doctor for more than 2 yrs now and we are very satisfied. She is caring and attentive to all the details I say and takes good care of us -adults, kids and baby too.

rudeness at pick never take google time in account this for 2 nd time came on time but they are close i just wanted to book appointment but system is down. receptionist is super rude she doesn't care.
This clinic is does not accept walk in. Still they are not able to answer their phone, not even once. They have an online system to book appointments with the doctors which shows date and time but your appointment will not be confirmed when u move ahead with that process, you will get a message whether they will accept or decline it. I have been calling these guys to book an appointment and confirm but hey no response. Dr. Vanaty needs to work on her time management because she never takes people in at the appointment time. I end up waiting for an hour to get to her. Everybody is there for a reason please lets respect that and have open communication if you are not able to meet your patient at the time they booked.
