I was in dire need of a female GP since my GP moved away. Ann convinced me to see Dr. Mayowa Marcus who is taking new patients. I must say, I felt so much at ease during my initial meet up. She is a great listener, and is so thorough and amiable. Ann, I deeply appreciate your efforts in setting me up and knowing exactly the traits I was looking for in my new GP. The receptionist Vinoo is extremely rude. Doesn't listen to the patient. Continued to cut me off when I was speaking. Very unprofessional medical receptionist. Learn how to communicate with patients Vinoo.
Dr Weng is probably one of the best family doctors I have ever had. He listens to you when you speak and is almost always available when needed. Have never been made to feel gaslighted ever by him. Would highly recommend. Staff are friendly and very accommodating with appointments.
I have a family doctor, but I came across an advertisement on Instagram that Dr. Mayowa Marcus is accepting new patients. The clinic looks bright, clean and well-organized.
I had been with a different physician since I was small and made the bold decision to switch to Dr. Paranthanam over 2 years ago, and I'm glad I did. At the time he was still accepting new patients and we're so fortunate to be under his care. His knowledge and professionalism is so refreshing and I truly appreciate when he doesn't push for too much medicine unless it's absolutely necessary. On top of that, he's kind and very patient. You never feel like he's rushing you and takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and questions. When he's not available, I appreciate admin for providing alternate solutions or clinics. They're always so helpful and I'm grateful we have him and the team as it's very difficult to have a family physician these days.
Dr Wang is unprofessional and dangerous to our Healthcare system. Please question every advise or treatment you from this Dr. My toddler is under his care and was missing a vaccination which we only found out from the daycare my child is attending. The day care advised us that my child is missing a vaccination to which my wife was at the very same clinic asking to update the child's vaccination record and they never mentioned there is a missing vaccination. Ministry of Health need to check out this Dr immediately and question his practice. In another case, my 8 month pregnant wife who is also under this Doctor's care, was supposed to checked periodically before she was sent to the hospital where she delivers thr baby. Doctor Wang missed to see her with the recommended time interval. Once the time to be see at the hospital approached (a day earlier) his office called us to have an Ultrasound. He did not even consider risk of having Ultrasound back to back to a pregnant woman. He simply wanted to update his record regardless of the case. Where is our Minstey of Health inpsector that pays this Doctor from our tax payers money? His clinic never answers the phone calls and when they do they usually lost and have no idea about their job or simply they will leave you on hold forever. They also promise to call you back which they never do. Somebody who reads this and has contacts at ministry of Health please share it. We have shortages of Doctors in Ontario but we do not want third world country standard Healthcare while we pay for it from our tax money. Please speak up!!
I just called and unfortunately, Dr. Paranthaman js not taking new patients. Kinda bummed because I see reviews about 1-4 months ago that they recently switched over to him as their new GO :(
