This is my first time visiting this location of Dynacare and it’s so much better than Danforth location. I didn’t have to wait more than 3 minutes and the place isn’t crowded at all. The person Nancy who helped me today was really nice and kind too. I had an overall experience in this location.
I had my blood test done here on November 11th, 2025, and was disappointed with the experience. After a simple blood test, I was left with a noticeable bruise that lasted for days. Additionally, accessing the test results requires an extra payment of $11, which seems quite unreasonable. Poor service and lack of transparency – I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Went there on Nov 14, 2025. Blood was drawn by Bobby. I had my best experience with her, just a little pinch!!! Afterall experience matter. Thank you Bobby.
My husband, my mother and I go to the Dynacare location at Kennedy and Lawrence regularly for bloodwork. We always make an appointment. We are seen on time or sometimes even earlier than our scheduled appointment time. We never have any issues. The staff are friendly and efficient. I have trouble giving blood (my veins don’t like to cooperate) but they always manage to get blood on the first try! This is definitely a good location. I’m not sure why their rating is so low.
Five stars! The Dynacare Lawrence Kennedy team was exceptionally efficient — they managed wait times amazingly and kept everything moving smoothly. Nancy provided excellent care and clear communication; she made the visit comfortable and stress-free. Friendly staff, prompt service, and a well-run facility. I’ve always liked this location — the staff is professional, and their queue management is much better than many competitors. However, during a recent visit, I noticed something that concerned me and felt it was worth mentioning, not as a complaint, but as constructive feedback. One of the technicians was handling individual urine sample containers directly with her hands, , and then wiped her hands on her lab coat before going on to assist another patient with blood work. I understand gloves may have been used, but from a patient’s perspective, it was unclear, and it made me wonder about consistency in hygiene protocols. I also noticed that some staff wore gloves throughout the entire procedure, while others seemed to put them on midway or had different approaches. Given how sensitive blood collection and lab work are, I believe it’s important that safety protocols appear consistent and visibly followed at all times. Again, I respect the work being done here and share this only as a concern from a place of appreciation. Cleanliness and safety are critical, and I trust Dynacare takes those seriously.
We had an amazing experience at Daynacare Labs. We arrived 30 mins before closing on a long weekend and they accommodated us for blood work even though they were very busy and the staff worked past closing time to take care of everyone on a long weekend.
