One of the Pathetic wait time. Before covid it was really good. Yesterday went for Walk in. Had been told at 10:30 it'll be 45 minutes wait. At 11:30 got to see another 31 minutes. Plus they are always busy at the reception. They asked me to enter room 2 but again moved to room 1. Pathetic service these days. Work on professionalism.
I would like to provide my recent experience with the Life-:Lab Reports. I did my blood test at Centennial Hospital on Sept. 27th and my doctor was waiting for the report. Unfortunately it is very disappointing that until Oct. 3, 2025, no report was provided to my doctor for a week. I called and spoke to Customer Service Rep. Meher and she pulled up my report and faxed it to my Doctor's clinic on Monday, Oct. 6, 2025. It is very disappointing as I have health issues and I've been a client of Life-Lab for several years. How can such a delay takes place for a week. I need to draw this to the attention of the Supervisor of the Life-Lab. I called but kept me waiting for 2 hrs. Hence this review.
Waited 2 hours before being called, then another 30 minutes in the room—very frustrating for a simple lab visit. The same person handled reception and also took the sample. Please consider hiring more staff to reduce wait times.
Had worst experience during visit, if you think having an appointment makes your life easier, then you are wrong. They don't care whether you have appointment or not, they will make you stand in queue. Super busy always, I suggest to go some other locations.
The staff at 1200 Markham Road were super helpful and efficient. They told me everything I needed to know, and even took me earlier than my appointment time. The technician was great at helping me relax during the procedure. Thank you so much!
The staff are doing their very best everyday, to provide the services as best as they can. I wish Lifelab recognizes the employees here and understands how understaffed they are! But Kudos to the employees for handling the walk-ins and appointments so well
