Have had reason to go in to this lab over the past couple of months,the staff in the office are very nice staff that do x-rays and other tests are very professional explain exactly what and how to move to help them do their job correctly
The people are great. The staff is great. The only thing that I find repulsive is that this place is not easy to find. I originally thought it was part of the hospital so I went to general hospital parked there and paid ticket there for parking. Turns out it's not at the hospital behind the place. Then I went to 3000 Lawrence Ave East in the front building and the guy there said it's not here and to walk at the back. Then I had to walk to the back and it's there. In the process we were late. Not the easiest spot to find. Be prepared to be a little lost before getting there. If you're a person with mobility issues, bring assistance to stroll around to find the place. Other than that, the place is not so bad. The staff accommodated us even being late in the process of finding the place. They even help you with your parking.
Thank you Compusound for helping my mother for performing an urgent ultrasound. Best part was that I was able to get appointment on Sunday and could have brought my mother for her ultrasound without taking off from my job. Highly appreciated and recommended
Very nice and clean setup. The ultra sound technical person who did my ultrasound knows his work and did his work quite efficiently and in a very patient friendly manner. Will recommend him any day. The front desk lady too was very customer friendly. Overall a good experience.
receptionists are the worst. Very rude. Manager is rude and a horrible person as well. receptionist doesn't wear a mask and rudely order me to wear a mask. I have medical condition and have exemption to not wear a mask, even then they didn't honor the mask exemption, rather they have called the police to kick me out, and the manager doesn't care his staff don't wear mask and only expect patients to wear them. He was mocking me in front of the police and saying he doesn't care about me, saying "let the patient complain to ministry of health, I don't care, they will not do anything. Many people before him complain to the ministry and nothing happened, so I don't care, let him complain" Hypocrisy! lack of empathy and compassion!
