Lifelabs are supposed to be connected on an internal system. This lifelabs does not scan and keep your information on file as they should. This means you have to visit this specific location everytime you need testing done or your history of information is completely inaccurate. You also have to get all your information resent to another location. They were extremely unprofessional and there seemed to be a lack of training with staff.
Extremely RUDE front desk. Especially the older Asian lady, she was shouting at me when I said I forgot to bring the health card. I politely explained that it was ok for another lifelabs location to accept the driver license the last time I dropped off a sample, another nurse asked me why I went to a clinic without the health card. Then they kept shouting and told me to leave the container on the ground near the front desk, refused to take it in the lab until I bring the health card, even though they know the sample should be refrigerated. Worst experience EVER , too bad google review doesn’t have 0 star option. Don’t go!!! Ended up going to another lifelabs to drop off the sample, the staff asked for the health card after they took the sample in the lab instead of leaving it on the floor like they did, and they were kind enough to accept my driver license
This place is efficient. The wait times are short and there's always parking. The staff are friendly and skilled. I don't feel anything when they draw blood!
Niko was absolutely amazing from checking us in to taking our bloodwork. She is absolutely amazing and kept everything light and easy! Definitely like the atmosphere she kept. Best service I have received
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of your front desk staff member (an older lady Chinese lady with shorter hair and she is absolutely the rudest ) during my recent visit to your clinic for a blood test. I was very disappointed by her rude and impolite attitude, which does not reflect the level of professionalism and courtesy expected from your staff. Such behavior creates a negative experience for patients and damages the good reputation of your clinic. I kindly request that you address this matter seriously to ensure that all patients are treated with respect and dignity at all times. Thank you for your attention to this issue
Not sure why the business hours state they’re until 4:30 on Friday but when I come at 4:15 I am denied care. Not sure if this was an excuse or not but they needed to spin the blood for 30 minutes? But then why put the business hours ending at 4:30 then.. Super poor experience and a waste of my time and gas to get here (especially for kids after school.)
Edited: ok it's bad Some of the reviews here are super negative which I don't think is necessarily reflective of the place as a whole. First, they only recently became a Life Labs. Second, they've generally always been friendly and informative if I asked them anything. Some issues: they have almost always refused to do blood tests for my kids when they were babies/toddlers. I'm guessing they're not experienced with it and are too scared to try, but I've been to other labs (regular clinics, not even the hospital) that do it without blinking an eye. So don't waste your time bringing your small kids here. Re: parking. Yes, this will probably be an issue around lunchtime on random busy days. Plan to be patient
