We rented the "wedding package" from AER for our daughter's engagement party. We had never rented anything like this before and weren't sure where to begin. They more than happy to send someone to measure our space to make sure we picked the correct size tent. They were the ONLY company that called me back, other companies either never responded or told me to call them back if they didn't call me in a week. We were very happy with the quality of the products and the service. Linens, glassware, dinnerware and cutlery arrived clean and ready to use. The linens were in great condition, no spots, no frayed edges. They worked with me when I had to make adjustments and additions and gave me a very generous deal on chair upgrades. The crew worked through pouring rain to set everything up and made sure that everything was in working order and made sure I understood how to use the heater before they left- luckily we didn't even need to use it! I didn't have to wash anything after our event- Habib repeated to me that I didn't have to wash anything, just scrape off food and put in the crates. Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. Most importantly, everything we rented made the party look amazing. The lights, dance floor and the clear roof set the perfect tone for our event. We would absolutely use AER again.

AER is amazing to work with. This summer my parents used their tent and table/chair services for the second time over the past decade and their backyard party went off perfectly. The servicemen who installed the tent were quick, efficient and easy to work with. And the customer service skills of the owner is top notch.
